Just over an hour from Adelaide, Eden Valley sits high in the Barossa Ranges at elevations between 400 and 600 metres. The cooler climate, ancient soils and high rainfall create ideal conditions for producing some of Australia’s most celebrated Riesling, along with exceptional Shiraz and other cool-climate varieties.

Eden Valley’s winemaking history dates back to the mid-1800s. German settlers recognised the region’s unique climate and slopes as ideal for Riesling, and today many of the original vineyards still produce exceptional fruit.
